We have an appetite for any productive and growth challenge, but most of our work include: Training: Effective project management (PRINCE 2) and strategic process improvement trainings (Six Sigma). Consulting: Continuous process improvement to increase business profitability. Research: Customer insight, segmentation, competitive analysis and benchmarking. We combine these services to explore opportunities and deliver growth to our clients. Our People Abi Omeke - Six Sigma Consultant - Abi, is Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certified, with a 1st class Engineering and Business Management degree from the University of London and Masters of Science (MSc) degree from University of Warwick. Recently, she successfully led a team that delivered the objectives of a joint partnership project between a university in the North of England and a thriving manufacturing company that supplies one of the major retailers in the UK under government sponsored programme. Earlier on in the year, she was nominated for a UK national award. She has had the opportunity of working on different projects that enbaled her utilise her technological, management, interpersonal and communications skills to identify opportunities for improvements; in order to deliver competitive advantage. At various times, she has led multicultural syndicate study groups, different quality improvement teams as well as managed different value adding projects. She has extensive experience in facilitating and delivering seminars to undergraduates and research support/assistance at tertiary level. She is also a Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) practitioner. Modupe Okubote - Project Management Consultant - Modupe is a certified PRINCE 2 Practitioner, with a postgraduate in Manufacturing, Design and Management from the University of Cambridge and a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) from the University of London . She has several years experience of working with various FTSE 100 clients in UK and Europe delivering change management projects, implementing quality systems and auditing quality processes across UK.
